One of the things we're most passionate about at Africa Endeavours is helping our clients experience Africa in a way that gives back.
That's why we carefully select the camps we recommend—not just because they're exceptional places to stay, but because of the meaningful work they do to support conservation, wildlife protection, and the local communities around them. That passion extends to our own team, too.
Last year, Doug and Corinne had the incredible opportunity to participate in a rewilding journey with Great Plains in Zimbabwe, witnessing firsthand the relocation of wildlife and the conservation efforts helping restore wild spaces. Candice will be leading a rewilding journey later this year, Shannon in 2027, and Amanda in 2028. These experiences give us an even deeper understanding of the people and projects making a real difference on the ground-knowledge we love sharing with our clients.
As we celebrate World Ranger Day on July 31, it's the perfect time to recognize the dedicated rangers, conservationists, and local communities working tirelessly to protect Africa's extraordinary wildlife.
If an African safari has been on your bucket list, now is the perfect time to start planning. Peak safari season is underway, and many of the most sought-after camps for 2027 are already filling with early reservations.
When you're ready, we'd love to help you experience not only the very best of Africa—but also the people and conservation stories that make it so special.
